Our Team

Lee R. Theriault, CPA

Lee established his accounting in January of 1998. He purchased the Maurice E. Morin P.A. accounting firm, where he had been employed since August, 1996. Lee graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Southern Maine in 1994. He is a member of the National Society of Accountants and the QuickBooks Professional Advisor Program. Lee has taught various computer application courses at the MSAD 27 Adult Education and serves as an adjunct faculty member at UMFK. He has worked closely with clients involved with farming, wood operations, general contractors, retail, medical and non-profit organizations. In May 2000, Lee was appointed as a Notary Public. Lee serves as Scoutmaster for Boy Scouts Troop 189.

Kim Dubois, Enrolled Agent, Office Manager

Prior to joining Lee Theriault, CPA Kim had been employed as a bookkeeper for a farming and brokerage business. Kim assists clients in their day-to-day bookkeeping and payroll needs by supervising these departments. In December of 2001, she was appointed as a Notary Public. She looks forward to providing accounting and bookkeeping assistance.
